Cátia Arnaut

 Cátia Arnaut was born in Lisbon, Portugal on September 1, 1976.

Graduated in Economics, she has an MBA in Management and Strategic Planning and a Master's in Project Management.

He has been working in telecommunications for more than 15 years and in 2015 he won the Project Manager of the Year award by PMI Chapter Portugal.

 

After leaving Portugal in 2012, he lived in Dubai for a year where he worked and has been in Angola since April 2013.

In Portugal, he managed the world's largest video surveillance and alarm project at the time, comprising 1,200 sites, 57,000 pieces of equipment, 120 technical teams and 18 stakeholders, a 25 million euro project;

 

In Dubai, he worked on a Corporate Excellence program leading 3 workstreams and managing organizational improvement projects in different business areas;

 

In Angola she is Head of PMO and Board Deputy in the Restructuring Program of the incumbent operator, redefining the organization's strategy and leading all the company's business areas - Operations, Commercial, HR, Finance and Support Functions - in a program of more than 2 million dollars.

 

 

She likes to travel and is passionate about photography. His works have already been exhibited abroad, he has participated in a book and occasionally collaborates with some editions.

In the beginning of 2017 she will venture into writing as an author with her first published book.

Cátia Arnaut was born in Lisbon, Portugal, on the 1st of September 1976.

Economist, with an MBA in Management and Strategic Planning and a Master's in Project Management, she's been working in the telecommunication industry for over 15 years.

 

In 2015 PMI Chapter Portugal awarded her with the Project Manager of the Year prize.

 

She left Portugal to become an expat in Dubai in 2012 and moved to Angola in 2013 where she's working and living ever since.

While in Portugal she managed the biggest video surveillance and alarm project in the world at that time, comprising 1,200 sites, 57,000 equipment, 120 technical teams and 18 stakeholders in a 25 million euro project;

 

In Dubai she worked in a Corporate Excellence Program heading 3 different work streams and managing the projects and teams to drive operational efficiency to different business areas within the company;

 

In Angola she's Head of PMO and Board Deputy in the Restructuring Program for the incumbent operator, redefining the overall strategy of the company and heading all of its business areas - Operations, Commercial, HR, Finance and Support Functions in an over 2 million dollars program .

She likes to travel and loves photography. Her photos have been exhibited abroad, have been published in a book and she participates in other editions every now and then.

Early 2017 she'll be publishing her first book as a writing author.
