PRO BONO

The IntellCorp Group, as a socially responsible company, is fully aware of the impact that companies have on civil society and on the professional and family life of its employees and those who constitute its closest nucleus.

A successful company is one that not only values what it extracts from society, but prides itself on leaving a positive mark for future generations and, thus, giving in return, via actions that translate into relevant capital gains for this same society.

Human Resources are the most precious asset and with the IntellCorp Group, in its genetic base, a well-defined ethical and moral positioning, it cannot fail to recognize this fact, being concerned not only with the well-being of its employees but also for, with the resources at its disposal and its capacities, to exert a positive influence on society. Leading by example.

In this sense, because there are serious problems in society that should not be ignored and are part of the professional experience of many of our employees as well as in areas in which the IntellCorp Group has tools to positively impact society, the IntellCorp Group undertakes to intervene actively and pro-bono to assist individuals, organizations, companies or states in cases where we verify that, upon receipt of the request , we can contribute.

Areas of activity in which requests for pro-bono contributions will be considered:

1. DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

2. CHILDREN AT RISK

3. DISAPPEARANCE

4. RAPTOS

5. TRAFFICKING IN HUMAN BEINGS

6. WITNESS PROTECTION

7. TRAINING AT SCHOOLS (TEACHERS, EMPLOYEES, STUDENTS) - Teaching: pre-school, basic and secondary -

For each of the above points, we have special research, analysis, protection and rescue programs and national and international resources that we will make available.

It is important to mention that in all situations we act exclusively within the legal framework of the geography in question, but being aware that there are many situations where the traditional routes seem exhausted, where there is no path, we will try to create one.

All processes are managed confidentially, however we will require all necessary and legal documentation for the first analysis of the case. We reserve, however, the right to refuse cases where there are apparently no grounds for continuing sustained intervention.

If you want to submit a situation to us, schedule a meeting via intellcorp@protonmail.com .
